Q1. What is your privacy policy?
A1. The only information we will have is your name, address, and what items you ordered. We will not keep, give away, or sell this information. Paypal will process your payment completely whether you have an account with them or not. So we will not see your credit card information.
Q2. Does your site have security protection?
A2. This site uses Paypal. Paypal protects your financial information with industry leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use Paypal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.
Q3. What method of payment do you accept?
A3. Southern Style Home Décor accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Paypal will process your payment but you do not need to have a Paypal account to purchase items.
Q4. How do I use the shopping cart?
A4. The shopping cart is a place which keeps the items you may be interested in purchasing until you are ready to check out. As you shop, click on an item you may be interested in and the item will be added to your cart. When you are done shopping, you can edit your shopping cart. After finalizing your selections, you may proceed to the checkout to complete your order.
Q5. How do I place an order?
A5. You can place your order online through our shopping cart process. If you have a question about an item you can contact us at

Q6. How do I change or cancel an item I’ve ordered?
A6. In order to provide quick shipping, all orders are processed immediately and therefore we are unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
Q7. What are your shipping charges?
A7. Most items are mailed through UPS. The following shipping charges apply to the 48 contiguous states:

120.01 to 200.00 : $21.95
200.01 to 300.00 : $29.95
300.01 to 500.00 : $44.95
Above $500* : Customized
*For orders above $500, Paypal will calculate a shipping cost of $44.95 and we will contact you to indicate how much additional shipping cost we will charge to ship the order. Once you are made aware of the total shipping cost, you can respond by keeping the order or deciding to cancel the order for a full
refund or you may contact us by phone to place your order.
Q8. How long will it take to receive my order?
A8. Most of our items are maintained in stock and you can expect to receive items in stock from UPS within one to two weeks. Out of stock items may take two to
four weeks to receive.
Q9. How will I know if you received my order?
A9. A confirmation notice will be sent from Paypal to your email address once your order is received.
Q10. How do I return and item?
A10. Items which have not been used or soiled may be returned within 21 days of receipt with the original packaging in place, with the exception of bath and body products. To maintain sanitary quality, these products cannot be returned. We recommend purchasing insurance for shipping your return. Refunds will not be made for poorly packaged, damaged items. Refunds will be made in the amount of the order minus shipping charges.
